We constantly stay in touch with the property owners. A specially designed generic system allocates each apartment a unique electronic passport and maintains data of all current, past, and future reservations, as well, as the amount of rental income generated.

Advertising
The marketing and advertising of the properties is handled by our marketing department. We participate in exhibitions relevant to the rental market, run various promotional campaigns, advertise through our website and the network of our partners.

Please note that the properties we let need to be synchronized with all legal and administrative requirements and habitation certificates for tourism and accommodation purposes.
